Legacy Home Watch Services is a property management company based in Hendersonville, NC. Many homeowners in the Blue Ridge Mountains are part-time residents and have a need for maintenance and care during their absence. Legacy has a mission to provide these services and establish client relationships built on integrity. I sought to echo the idea of integrity and trustworthiness through the design process. I created a straightforward logo with a classic serif typeface that stands the test of time.
